myTrade collects and uses your information to provide the Services and improve them over time.
When you create or update a myTRADE account, you provide personal information, such as your name, username, password, physical address and email address. Some of this information is listed publicly through the Services, including on your profile page and in internet search results.
You may customize your myTRADE profile page with additional information that will be public, such as a personal description, your location, or a picture. You may customize your private myTRADE account with information such as a cell phone number for the delivery of short message service (“SMS”) messages. myTrade may use your contact information to send you information about the Services or affiliate marketing information. You may unsubscribe from these messages by following the instructions on the myTRADE web site. If you email myTRADE support or any of the myTRADE email addresses, your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request may be retained. Once made public, information you provide may be archived, indexed, stored or cached by others (such as search services). myTrade does not and cannot control such third party archiving, indexing, storing or caching and cannot delete information from the third parties, even if myTrade removes the information from its own system. Providing the additional information described in this section is entirely optional.
The Services are primarily designed to help you share information. Most of the information you provide is information you are asking myTrade to make public. This includes not only the messages you post and the metadata provided with posts, such as when you posted, but also the lists you create, the people you follow, the trades you copy or reposts and other types of information. Your posts are searchable by many search engines and may be delivered via SMS and APIs to a range of users and services.
myTrade servers automatically record information (“Log Data”) created by your use of the Services. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, the referring domain, pages visited, and search terms. Other actions, such as interactions with advertisements, may also be included in Log Data.
myTrade may record how you interact with links across the Services. This activity is to help improve the Services, and to be able to collect aggregate click statistics such as how many times a particular link was clicked on.
Like many websites, myTRADE uses “cookie” technology to collect additional website usage data and to improve the Services. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your computer's hard disk. myTrade may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with the Services, to monitor aggregate usage by users and web traffic routing on the Services, and to improve the Services. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies. You can instruct your browser, by editing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit.
myTrade uses services hosted by third parties to help provide the Services, such as email alerts. These third parties may collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP request.
myTrade does not disclose your private information except in the limited circumstances described below.
myTrade may share or disclose your information with your consent, such as when you use a third party web client to access your myTRADE account.
myTrade may disclose your information if reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect myTrade’s rights or property.
myTrade provides you with tools to access or modify the personal information you provided that is associated with your myTRADE account.
myTrade may retain information removed from the myTRADE website offline even after you have deleted it. If you configure your myTRADE account to also post to third-party social media (for example, Twitter), any information posted to such sites is outside the control of myTrade and subject to the privacy policies of the third party providing the service. Once made public, personal information you provide may be archived, indexed, stored or cached by others (such as search services). myTrade does not and cannot control such third party archiving, indexing, storing or caching and cannot delete information from the third parties, even if it removes the information from its own system.
